Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 4+ years across modules such as CSM and/or FSO.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development skills.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development.
- Experience mentoring or leading other developers.
- Understanding of platform governance and best practices.
- CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
- US Citizenship or Green Card holder.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow delivery lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Design and develop scalable workflows, apps, and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and platform improvements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain governance.
