Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, bridging business needs with technical solutions and building client relationships. You will grow consulting and leadership capabilities while delivering ITSM programs across clients.

You’ll guide architecture, design and deployment, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Travel may be required in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required; ITSM Implementation Specialist certs (ITSM) preferred.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery including design, config/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor 3–5 resource team including offshore members.
• Drive client workshops and requirements sessions to shape solutions.
• Translate business needs into effective IT architecture and processes.
