Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ISM, Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ITSM process implementations and roadmaps.
