Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation efforts, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will guide client engagements, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and build strong client relationships while delivering architecture-enabled ITSM outcomes.

You’ll navigate both waterfall and agile delivery, drive requirements workshops, and contribute to strategic roadmaps, with travel as needed across client sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• Minimum 1 of: ITSM Implementation Specialist
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent communication, adaptability, teamwork
• Experience leading teams
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs
