Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow components.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server implementations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform platform upgrades, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Maintain performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
• Hybrid role based in New York, NY with office commute as needed.
