Job summary

EY seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITSM transformation, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will interact with stakeholders, guide architecture design, and drive successful delivery across client engagements.

You’ll oversee a multi-disciplinary team, ensure requirements are met, and shape strategic roadmaps while traveling as needed to meet client needs. EY offers a hybrid, client-focused environment with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
Minimum of 1 of: ServiceNow Implementations – ITSM / ITSM expert certifications
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills
Experience leading teams and supervising others
Driver's license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

Act as workstream lead across all stages of a ServiceNow ITSM project
Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources (including offshore)
Provide guidance on ITSM process implementations and align with business objectives
Advise on CMDB and ITOM connectivity to ITSM
Translate ServiceNow AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
Lead client workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Support delivery in both waterfall and agile models
Create high-quality project deliverables and artifacts
