Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive successful deliveries in a client-facing role across hybrid engagements.

The role emphasizes leadership of 3–5 resources, mentorship, and leveraging AI-enabled ITSM capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes. Flexibility for travel applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (or both).
• At least 1 of: ITSM implementation specialist certifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM transformation initiatives for client engagements.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team (onshore and offshore) of 3–5 resources.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Design and deliver system architecture and integration approaches.
• Guide client sessions and workshops on requirements and processes.
• Support agile and waterfall delivery methods and manage risks and budgets.
