EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ITSM transformation for diverse clients in a global, hybrid work environment. You’ll gather requirements, design and deliver ITSM solutions, and help teams grow through mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

This role emphasizes client engagement, solution architecture, and leveraging AI capabilities within ServiceNow to drive measurable business outcomes. Travel to meet clients is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (or CAD).
• 1 of the following: ITSM Implementation Specialist certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery across design, config/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore members.
• Advise on ServiceNow ITSM practices to meet client objectives and transform processes.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Manage waterfall/agile delivery activities including planning, reporting and risk logs.
