Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2-4 years relevant ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams for project delivery.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.
• Analyze business models and verify new technology solutions.
• Design and deliver system architecture solutions.
