Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and build long-term client relationships. You will guide delivery, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and travel as required while operating in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of one of the following: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S. and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
