Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation efforts and build client relationships. The role emphasizes bridging business needs with technical solutions and growing consulting and team leadership skills.

You will work in a client-facing, hybrid environment, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective system architecture solutions, with opportunities to travel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 1 of the following: ITSM Implementation Specialist certs.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on ITSM transformation and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
