Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 4–8+ years in business systems analysis or related tech role.
• 3+ years managing projects supporting ServiceNow ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Event/Major Incident).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, and system needs.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements and defects.
• Translate requirements into flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data needs.
• Support test planning, scenario development, and UAT to ensure delivery readiness.
• Create and maintain process, system, and knowledge documentation.
