Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related experience in ServiceNow, including extensive knowledge of reporting functionalities and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Capture reporting and metrics requirements with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Translate reporting requirements into actionable reports and metrics.
• Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow reporting tools.
• Support ITSM processes with ServiceNow reports for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Support daily Production Operations calls with regional infrastructure and application availability status.
• Create executive presentations with dashboards and ServiceNow reports for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tracking KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Provide guidance on reporting and data visualization within ServiceNow.
• Train users to generate and interpret ServiceNow reports.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Understand metrics across Financial Service Ops, IT Ops, IT Asset Mgmt, Security Ops, APM, and related domains.
