Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 4–8+ years in business systems analysis or related tech role.
• 3+ years supporting ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Event).
• Knowledge of ITSM concepts and ITIL.
• Experience with agile delivery teams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements.
• Translate requirements into process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide senior-level functional analysis across ITSM processes (Event, Incident, Change).
• Collaborate with platform teams for consistent ServiceNow configuration.
• Support test planning and validation; document processes and knowledge.
