Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
4 to 8+ years in business systems analysis or related tech role.
3+ years managing projects supporting ServiceNow ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change).

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow ITSM enhancements.
Analyze current-state processes and propose improvements for efficiency and data quality.
Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support testing, coordination, and release readiness with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
