Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related experience in ServiceNow, including reporting functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Capture reporting and metrics requirements with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Design and implement reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow reporting tools.
• Support ITSM processes with ServiceNow reports for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Create executive- level presentations with dashboards and reports for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Build and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track KPIs.
