Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Capability Leader to shape and deliver risk and compliance solutions for clients across North America. You will collaborate with delivery leaders, account teams, architects, and customers to strengthen regulated programs.

You will serve as the senior technical authority for complex ServiceNow IRM implementations, lead high-priority escalations, define roadmaps, and create reusable accelerators and governance controls to scale

Qualifications

14–18 years of technology consulting or delivery experience.
8+ years delivering ServiceNow IRM or GRC solutions.
Deep experience designing policy and compliance workflows on ServiceNow.
Proven ability to lead complex escalations and communicate risk to stakeholders.
Experience defining solution architecture and governance for enterprise-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical authority for ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations.
Lead resolution of high-priority technical escalations with delivery and account leadership.
Define and communicate IRM roadmap; advise on platform strategy and priorities.
Create reusable accelerators, delivery standards, and governance controls.
Lead solution architecture for risk- and compliance-focused pursuits and enable practitioners.
