Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow IRM.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
• JavaScript scripting for ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Project management experience and implementation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to design ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Configure and customize IRM components (Risk, Policy/Compliance, Vendor Risk, Audit).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into specs.
• Lead implementations, manage timelines, ensure delivery.
