Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and work with technical teams to design architecture for effective HRSD implementations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HRSD project experience, CSA/CAD, and strong communication. Travel to clients is expected as part of the role, with opportunities for growth within a global consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to lead teams.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation workstreams with design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate into system architecture.
• Ensure deliverables and project artifacts meet high quality standards.
• Drive client workshops and requirements sessions across waterfall and agile projects.
