Job summary

New River Systems Corporation seeks an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support enterprise HR transformations for federal and intelligence communities. This role emphasizes an OOB-first approach, secure handling, and scalable integrations with major HR systems.

The candidate will design HRSD workflows, lifecycle events, and Employee Center experiences while adhering to governance and security requirements across classified and unclassified environments.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated HRSD implementation experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Federal Government, DoD, or IC environments preferred.
• Experience working with classified environments and secure data handling requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions utilizing an OOB-first approach.
• Implement and enhance HR Case Management, HR Lifecycle Events, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, and integrations.
• Develop HR lifecycle activity sets, approval workflows, and process automations using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
• Build REST and SOAP integrations with external HR and enterprise systems.
