Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support the USSS NOSC proposal in Washington, DC. This hybrid remote role emphasizes ITSM leadership, service delivery, and effective configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet client needs.

You will design reports, dashboards, and scoped apps, administer ServiceNow, and collaborate with remote teams. US citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML.
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc.
• An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guides ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contributes ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clients
• Design and develop queries, reports and dashboards
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and forms
• Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations
• Design and develop scoped applications as well as a service portal
• Provide additional support based on subject matter expertise
