Tekgence Inc seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Architect specializing in GRC/IRM to design and implement enterprise IRM solutions. You will map risks and controls, integrate with ITSM/ITOM, and drive governance across large telecom environments.

You will mentor developers, define architecture standards, and partner with business teams to ensure scalable, secure, upgrade-safe implementations leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules in large enterprises.
• Ability to map risks, controls, policies to CMDB/CSDM-aligned service relationships.
• Strong leadership to mentor teams and align business with out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities.
