Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow transformations, bridging business needs with technical solutions and growing client relationships. You’ll guide teams across design, configuration, testing, and deployment, with opportunities to mentor others and shape strategic roadmaps.

You will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver architectural designs, and apply emerging AI capabilities to drive measurable value for global clients. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience is typical.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus one more certification from the listed options.
• 4+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience can be beneficial.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and ensure delivery across phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team, including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Analyze business capabilities and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
• Drive innovations leveraging AI capabilities in ServiceNow.
• Lead client conversations, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Oversee waterfall and agile delivery activities, including planning and risk management.
• Produce high-quality project artifacts and deliverables.
