EY in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation initiatives across ESM/GBS, partnering with clients to gather requirements, design architecture, and deliver measurable value. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and drive effective service delivery in a rapidly evolving environment.

This client-facing role requires deep experience with ServiceNow, Now Assist, AI capabilities, and both waterfall and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a workstream lead across ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and solution delivery.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ServiceNow ESM/GBS process implementations and transformations.
• Lead client conversations and workshops connecting AI capabilities to business outcomes.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models and deliver high-quality artifacts.
