Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation engagements, bridge business needs with technical solutions, and grow client relationships. You will guide teams through design, configuration, testing, and delivery across ESM/GBS programs.

The role emphasizes both advisory and hands-on delivery, with opportunities to develop consulting and leadership skills in a global, flexible environment. Hybrid work and extensive travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Lead workstreams across ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and solution delivery.
