Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow transformation initiatives, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will gather requirements, design architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients.

You’ll mentor a diverse team, manage both waterfall and agile projects, and drive AI-enabled service delivery across HR, CS, and GBS functions. Travel to meet clients is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-4 years ServiceNow project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• At least one of: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management or Field Service Management certifications.
• 3+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• US driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and solution delivery.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore staff.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementations and transformation.
• Analyze business requirements and design system architecture solutions.
• Lead client conversations, workshops and requirements sessions.
• Manage waterfall and agile delivery activities and artifacts.
