Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams, bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role offers opportunities to grow consulting and team leadership skills, while building client relationships across diverse teams.

You will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective system architecture solutions, with a focus on ESM/GBS processes and AI-enabled services. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management certifications.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements from design to deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Guide process transformations aligning with business objectives.
