Job summary

iTech AG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance a federal enterprise ServiceNow environment with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

The role requires designing, configuring, and implementing SPM modules, data models, and reports, while ensuring governance, documentation, and alignment with ITSM and other ServiceNow components. Collaboration with federal stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands on ServiceNow development experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, scripting, and platform architecture.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
• Ability to work effectively in a regulated federal environment with governance and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform with governance.
• Support and enhance existing ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM modules in production.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations as required.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow SPM capabilities (Demand, Project, Resource, Investment).
• Configure SPM data models, workflows, and reports for portfolio priorities and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure SPM configurations align with out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.
