Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. The role focuses on hands‑on configuration and development—including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—while ensuring upgrade‑safe, scalable code.

The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches, and writes maintainable code

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands‑on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Hands‑on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization.
