Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps in a 100% remote capacity in the U.S.

The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development, including workflows, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of production experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record of upgrade-safe solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• REST, SOAP, and MID Servers for integrations.
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and Service Portal development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and custom apps.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Write server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
• Develop scoped applications following best practices.
• Develop catalog items and end-to-end fulfillment workflows.
• Implement reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support upgrades and perform testing across environments.
