Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to configure and develop NSF ICM features, workflows, forms, business logic, reports, integrations, and automated tests under the direction of the Technical Lead and Solution Architect.

The role requires 10+ years of professional experience, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and familiarity with Agile environments. Hybrid remote work with occasional on-site as needed. Salary range reflects the current market in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CIS, EE, math, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in Agile.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API skills.
• Experience with scoped applications, App Engine, Flow Designer, Workspace/UI Builder, ATF, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow case-management patterns and secure data handling.
• Experience configuring ACLs, roles, notifications, approvals, and audit history.
• Ability to build REST integrations, import sets, and transform maps.
• Experience with Agile user stories, peer review, defect tracking, and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure tables, forms, fields, related lists, UI policies, data policies, and business rules.
• Develop scripts, Script Includes, client scripts, scheduled jobs, and notifications.
• Build flows, subflows, approvals, SLAs, escalations, and assignment rules.
• Configure Workspace/UI Builder pages, lists, actions, and role-based navigation.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for case workload and status.
• Develop ATF tests and support regression testing and UAT defect correction.
• Document configurations, code, deployment steps, and technical decisions.
• Support environment promotion, production deployment, and post-release stabilization.
