Job summary

Kemper is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Engineer to provide hands-on engineering, solution design, technical leadership, and advanced support for our enterprise ServiceNow platform.

You will design, deploy, and support complex integrations, ITSM workflows, and platform initiatives across the organization. The role requires deep expertise and leadership in ServiceNow and related technologies.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• At least one CIS certification or comparable.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience in enterprise settings.
• Strong hands-on design, development and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ITSM and core platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical SME and engineering resource for ServiceNow.
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership for complex enhancements and integrations.
• Lead upgrades, patches, and environment management across dev/test/prod.
