Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Systems Administrator to support day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

You will gather service data, administer service management software, and produce service reports to aid IT Service Management efforts. The role requires at least 6 months of ServiceNow Admin experience and an Admin Certification or progress toward certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum ServiceNow Admin experience
• Admin Certification or working towards certification in the next 90 days
• Education equivalent to a college degree in IT or related field

Responsibilities

• Determines requirements, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances service management software.
• Analyzes issues and resolves deficiencies in service management software to improve efficiency.
• Translates business requirements into enhancements for the ServiceNow platform.
• Develops and executes comprehensive test plans for upgrades and new features.
• Assists with end-user training on service management processes.
