Job summary

Carvana is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and HAM. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, incidents, changes, and requests, while delivering end-to-end Field Service and asset management capabilities.

You will lead integrations, automate processes with Flow Designer, and extend the platform with scoped applications and custom APIs, all while aligning with ITIL and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, and delivery across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, and HAM.
• Certified ServiceNow professional: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM.
• Experience configuring FSM for dispatching, scheduling, and mobile workforce automation.
• Strong server-side and integration development with REST/SOAP and Scripted APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM and HAM.
• Configure and enhance core ITSM processes: incident, change, problem, and request management.
• Design and implement CSM solutions including case management and omni-channel intake.
• Build end-to-end Field Service Management: Work Orders, Dispatching, Scheduling, Crew Operations.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog content and self-service experiences.
• Deliver ITOM capabilities: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB health with MID Server.
• Lead workshops, translate requirements into scalable architectures, and drive SDLC in Agile.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
