• Experience configuring core ServiceNow apps and building integrations using APIs/web services.
• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills with product owners and infrastructure teams.
• Experience planning upgrades with change management, testing, and rollback.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust and work in a U.S. federal context; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM and related apps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance, security, and supportability.
• Collaborate with security/compliance stakeholders to meet federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline admin, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Document solutions and configurations to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
