Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead development for the Hadlock contract, architecting complex ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, and SecOps solutions. You will mentor teams, set coding standards, and ensure alignment with federal security requirements within an Agile framework.

The role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and onsite availability in the Northern Virginia area.

Qualifications

7 years of ServiceNow development experience with complex platform customization and integration.
Federal government experience strongly preferred.
Certified: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Location: Northern Virginia area with onsite presence 4–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Architect complex ServiceNow solutions including custom apps, advanced workflows, and enterprise integrations.
Develop server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Fix Scripts).
Implement client-side development using Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Angular components.
Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and custom protocols.
Develop Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and custom actions to automate business processes.
Implement ServiceNow Service Portal customizations including widgets and themes.
Develop Performance Analytics indicators and data collection.
Configure advanced CMDB rules and reconciliation policies.
Mentor mid-level and junior developers on architecture and best practices.
Conduct code reviews for quality, performance, and security.
