Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on engineering or development in large multi-module instances.
• Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow applications and building integrations via APIs/web services.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience planning and executing upgrades with testing and rollback planning under formal change management.
• Current secret security clearance is required.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps and related apps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback planning.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline admin, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across application, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Document solutions and procedures to support knowledge transfer and audits.
