Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM and HRSD. You will partner with product management to deliver best-in-class user experiences and scalable integrations.

This hands-on role requires strong ServiceNow platform expertise and full-stack development skills to create custom applications, modern UI, and enterprise integrations across the platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years ServiceNow development.
• Experience delivering ITSM and HRSD solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD solutions.
• Build custom applications on App Studio.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub and enterprise APIs.
• Develop server-side and client scripts (JavaScript).
• Create workflows with Flow Designer.
• Build modern UI with UI Builder and Next Experience.
• Develop and maintain portal widgets for Employee Center pro.
• Configure Playbooks to guide agents.
• Perform full-stack development using modern front-end/back-end tech.
• Support NowAssist and ServiceNow AI features to improve outcomes.
• Ensure data security and role-based access across platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and platform governance.
• Foster a collaborative team environment across groups.
