Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to configure, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, delivering reliable workflows and high‑quality user experiences across the organization.

You will manage modules (Incident, Change, Asset, Configuration), customize workflows, build automation via JavaScript, and create reports and dashboards while providing user training and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ year Experience in ServiceNow implementation
• Experience implementing new modules with best practices
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
• Experience with API integrations (SOAP, REST, and JSON)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development efforts for a team with a security, scalability, and performance mindset.
• Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.
• Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third‑party tools.
• Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting tools to enhance process automation and simplify tasks.
• Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize platform efficiency.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards, providing insights on platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
