Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in planning, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow apps.
- Knowledge of security configurations, UI policies, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and support of ServiceNow case management for HR1 program.
- Develop and deploy UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
- Create custom reports, SLAs, and instance branding.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and aid peer reviews.
- Provide technical documentation and user training.
