Job summary

Health Care Authority (HCA) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, implement, and maintain HR1 ServiceNow solutions. Based in Olympia with telework flexibility, you will support HR1 program administration, eligibility, and compliance tracking.

You will lead complex configurations, automate workflows, produce reports, and provide peer reviews and cross-divisional consultation as a technical resource for the WAMS team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions for HR1 program.
• Develop system configurations, UI policies, business rules and reports.
• Conduct peer code reviews and produce technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements into functionality.
