Job summary

DirectViz Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Developer to support the DISA/DoD ServiceNow program. The role covers platform configuration, development, integration, modernization, expansion, customization, provisioning, administration, and operations & maintenance.

The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including custom portal development, and strong knowledge of ITSM, workflows, and integrations.

Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with custom service portals and ITSM modules.
Knowledge of integration, workflows, and reporting in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Assist with technical design for architecture and ensure code quality.
Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and solutions.
Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems via mid-server.
Document policies and controls for platform operations and SDLC in Agile.
Assist ServiceNow Admins with incident resolution as needed.
Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services.
Assist Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort.
