Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Service Management team. The role focuses on Discovery, CMDB, SPM, IT Asset Management, custom apps, and integrations, with platform governance as a core responsibility.

This is a remote contract opportunity supporting a client in the United States. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentor junior developers, review code, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow development.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead complex implementations and drive platform governance standards.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design discussions.
• Review code for quality and ensure alignment with best practices.
