This is a remote contract opportunity supporting a client in the United States. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentor junior developers, review code, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow development.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, experience leading complex implementations, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving platform innovation. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Discovery, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management, Custom Apps, integrations, and platform governance. Good to have knowledge about ServiceNow AI capabilities like Now Assist, skills, AI control Tower, LLM, Knowledge graph, Workflow data fabric and Chatbot. This is a remote contract opportunity with one of Arctiq 's clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions.


• Build custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, and automation.


• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance standards.


• Perform code reviews and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

ServiceNow Discovery & CMDB

• Maintain ServiceNow Discovery.


• Configure and support Pattern-Based Discovery.


• Manage and troubleshoot Cloud Discovery.
