Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with IT service management workflows and platform integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize ITSM workflows, state models, and UI to drive maturity.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
• Maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and Service Portal for self-service adoption.
• Design and build REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum to translate needs into designs.
