Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Principal ServiceNow Developer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead design, configuration, and enhancements of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and integrations, partnering with architects and product owners to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

You will mentor colleagues, promote upgrade-safe development, and drive governance, with a focus on reliable delivery and continuous improvement within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in software development or ServiceNow implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with incident/change/problem management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and extend ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop ITSM, CMDB, and custom apps with upgrade-safe practices.
• Build and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teammates.
• Drive platform governance and SDLC best practices.
