Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst and ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead transformation teams, drive client relationships, and deliver scalable architecture solutions.

You will gather requirements from business stakeholders, design and deliver effective technology solutions, and mentor a cross‑functional team. Travel to client sites may be required; EY supports a flexible, hybrid work model with emphasis on career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow project experience.
• CSA or CAD certifications are required.
• 1 of the following certifications: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements and delivery activities.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore members.
• Engage with clients to manage expectations, design solutions, and ensure delivery quality.
