Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer III to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities that support IT service management and operations in a mission-focused environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead integrations via REST/SOAP, implement secure automation, and produce documentation, while ensuring reliability, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

• US citizen and able to pass federal background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications.
• Strong experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and knowledge of platform security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow apps and workflows.
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable platform capabilities.
• Provide documentation and technical guidance for incidents, changes, and enhancements.
