Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This is hands-on development, not an admin role, with immediate contribution and potential long-term state government transition.

Responsibilities include designing and deploying solutions, crafting Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, flows, service catalog, APIs, and CMDB integrations; and collaborating across ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM domains.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (not admin).
Hands-on development with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, ACLs, REST APIs.
Experience with ITSM and/or SecOps and GRC/IRM.
Working knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
Professional dev lifecycle experience: coding, testing, deployment, production support.
State government or large enterprise experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
Develop Service Catalog items, forms, approvals, and workflows.
Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
Work across ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM.
Work with CMDB data and integrations.
Analyze requirements and create technical designs.
Troubleshoot code, integrations, workflows, and defects.
Participate in testing, upgrades, releases and deployments.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
