Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior Business Applications Developer to architect, build, and maintain enterprise software applications. You will lead complex development projects, gather technical requirements from senior stakeholders, and ensure robust integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated ServiceNow developer experience with Flows, JavaScript, and internal platform.
• 8+ years of experience in business analyst systems or related field; 12 years if no degree.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Advanced experience with .NET (C#), WCF, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, Node, Typescript.
• Expert SQL development, integration, web app development, HTML/DHTML/CSS.
• In-depth ITSM/ITOM/Discovery knowledge within ServiceNow.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, REST web technologies.
• Knowledge of CSDM and implementing it in ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into documented stories and functional designs while achieving successful production deployments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; proven project leadership.

Responsabilités

• Translate service owner needs into ServiceNow requirements.
• Convert user requirements into agile stories.
• Develop, test, demo and review work to ensure it meets needs.
• Develop/configure in ServiceNow areas including portals, catalogs, incident, change, knowledge, CMDB, and reporting.
• Support and develop screen tailoring, workflows, data imports, integrations, scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Analyze business requirements to design sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Answer technical and configuration questions.
• Develop and maintain reports to monitor performance targets.
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail.
